Anytime Avocado and Cucumber Salad!

Makes 8 servings

4 cups avocados, diced to your liking
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
2 cups cucumbers, peeled and diced medium
1 cup red onion, diced small
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Add more protein by combining Chai and/or Flax seeds and toss them in.

Lightly toss all ingredients in a bowl, chill for an hour. . .enjoy!
