What is included in the Tabata Bootcamp™ fitness program?
In Tabata Bootcamp™, members receive metabolic profiling from their trainer, body assessments to track progress and transformation, fully integrated web interaction, nutritional guidance, and most importantly effective training by your Tabata Bootcamp™ trainer to achieve desired results for each client.


What is the science behind the Tabata Bootcamp™ workouts?
In Tabata Bootcamp™, group members participate in high intensity interval training exercises. This short duration, but high intensity interval training (HIIT) creates a prolonged afterburn, or EPOC (excess post oxygen consumption). This type of training causes the body to take longer to return to its state of rest, so it continues to burn calories (5x more) at a higher rate long after the workout session has completed. Put simply, a 4-minute Tabata™ workout can reap the same benefits as a longer but steady workout, like running for a half hour. The results with Tabata Bootcamp™ are backed by research.


Will Tabata Bootcamp™ create actual results?  Will my body change?
Yes! If you push yourself to the appropriate levels in your workouts with your trainer, complete each at home exercise, and follow the nutritional guidance as provided by your trainer, you will reap the benefits


Do members have to follow the eating plan?
The nutritional strategies in Tabata Bootcamp™ are so easy to follow and were created to assist in sustained success. You decide how much you want to follow, but the more you embrace the eating strategy, the quicker you will see results.


Is the nutritional aspect of Tabata Bootcamp™ realistic?
The masterminds behind the Tabata™ program understand that people enjoy food. The key is moderation and discipline. In keeping with this, Tabata™ is based on the sound nutritional and behavioral change strategies, which is based on research and time efficient small steps that fit into your daily lifestyle. These are structured in a tiered pyramid format where you (or your trainer) determine which are appropriate for you. For some people, simple behavioral changes get them on track nutritionally and for others having a step by step meal plan is their success route. All the tools and information is provided online and your personal trainer customizes the plan that’s right for you. The nutritional entity of Tabata Bootcamp™ provides a framework to simply help clients make better nutritional choices. It is leading you away from unhealthy habits, and moving you towards healthier ones.


Do I have to already be fit to join Tabata Bootcamp™?
Tabata Bootcamp™ is for all fitness levels, which is the beauty of the program. Since Tabata Bootcamp™ is based on short durations of microburst intervals, you’ll pick the intensity level that is right for you. You’ll be able to determine what your individual “hard”, “harder”, and “hardest” effort is, to apply to each workout. Tabata Bootcamp™ was created not just for the fit to get fitter, but for the unfit to get fit.


Is Tabata Bootcamp™ only for those trying to lose weight?
Weight loss is only one of the many reasons that people become a Tabata trainee. Since the program has a large variation of exercises, and because each trainer is taught to create a workout regimen specific for each person, this program is truly made for everyone. From athletes to those just starting out, members can achieve whatever their fitness goals may be – fitness, weight loss, nutritional guidance, training, or even just to try a different workout.


How much time is needed to devote to the program?
Tabata Bootcamp™ lives by the mantra, “More is not better. Better is better.” Because Tabata Bootcamp™ is based on effective high intensity interval training, the duration of each workout is short. This is because you’ll be burning more calories for longer after your workout is over. Your workout with your trainer will typically be 30 minutes, and your daily individual workouts are only 6 minutes! This is MUCH less time than what traditional exercise asks you to devote on a treadmill or elliptical.


I already have a gym membership, so why join a Tabata Bootcamp™ session on top of it?
A gym membership is awesome. It’s a first step to a healthy and fit lifestyle. Tabata Bootcamp™ is the perfect combination to help you STAY ON TRACK, ACHIEVE success and MAXIMIZE your gym membership. It combines an effective High Intensity Interval Training program with small group training. Studies show that those who participate in small group exercises and workout with a “team” and a “leader” as a guide, are much more likely to stick with their fitness regimen, and also achieve their fitness goals. In a nutshell, you’ll provide the time and effort, your trainer will provide the motivation and knowledge to help you succeed, and your team will provide you the support to get there!


Our 2018 Fall Bootcamps are Enrolling NOW and Start Sept 18th!

All participants will have a fitness assessment including measurements, weight, body composition (body fat %) at the beginning and end of the bootcamp.  Classes are held 3 days a week for only 30 minutes.  The days and times are listed below:

Sundays 3 pm (all Classes combined)

Tuesdays 6:30 am, 9 am & 5:30 pm

Thursdays 6:30 am, 9 am & 5:30 pm

Cost for the 6-week fitness program $150
