The Belly Dance Studio is in Beaumont, Tx!!!! Belly dancing is an ancient art form that has become a popular form of exercise; it is low impact and can burn up to 400 calories per hour while working numerous muscle groups. Additionally, belly dancing routines can be tailored to fit the needs of individuals who have physical limitations or disabilities.
